DEFINE
Every project begins with a Complimentary Design Discovery Consultation. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we'd like to work together
Our next step is a Home Introduction. We meet (in person if you're in NYC, otherwise over Zoom), and together we discuss EVERY facet of your project - existing conditions, scope, schedule, investment, and anything else that could be relevant. This gives us the information we need to establish your project's design fees and projected schedule, which we determine and review while we are still together.
After the Home Introduction, we will put together your specific Letter of Agreement, covering everything we've talked about for your review and signature. Once the formalities are addressed, it's onto the Discover Phase!
DISCOVER
The Discover Phase is all about getting to know you REALLY well. We start with a Design Kickoff Meeting, where we will comprehensively survey your space and go through a series of fun visualization exercises to uncover what you see you for your new space - you may even surprise yourself with your answers!
Next is your Design Concept Meeting, where we review general design strategies and look at tons of images for each element in the project. Not sure how to describe the style you want? Don't worry - a picture is worth a thousand words! You get to tell us everything you love and hate about about a wide assortment of options to make sure we select the perfect pieces for you.
DESIGN
Once we understand who you are and what you want from your space, we start drawing and sourcing! Your Design Vision Presentation will include a set of guiding principles, inspiration images, and a design for each space with floorplans, furnishing selections and 3D illustrations.
Your feedback in this meeting is essential, so don't be shy! After the meeting we will order everything you've approved, and revise everything you didn't, for the Design Details Presentation, which depending on your scope, may also involve contractors or workrooms coming to take measurements.
If you're project has a construction element, like a kitchen or bath renovation, we will also prepare Technical Drawings for the contractor and a Building Review Package if you live in a condo or co-op.
DELIVER
Once we've decided everything going into your space, it's time to get it there. We will place all the orders, manage the tracking, troubleshoot any issues, and coordinate all the deliveries. If your project has a paint, flooring, or wallpaper component, we will coordinate with the appropriate tradespeople. If your project has a construction component, we will coordinate with the contractor to make sure everything is built according to your approved specifications.
On Installation Day (one of our favorite days!) we install all of your new treasures and style your space to perfection. When you come home, you come home to your NEW DREAM HOME and a bottle of your favorite something to toast the new space!
Two weeks after Installation Day, we'll have one more meeting. In the Project Finale, we'll be able to discuss any open issues & ensure your happiness with your newly designed space.

While our services are described generally, every project begins with a detailed Project Proposal outlining the exact services appropriate to achieve your specific goals.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Our signature service, this is for anyone looking for professional support from start to finish. We take all the stress off your plate, so all that's left for you is the fun!
Once we get to know you REALLY well, we will prepare a design vision for your home, work out every detail, and source every element needed to make that vision a reality. We make all the arrangements to get your items safely to your home and oversee the installation.
If your project has a construction component, don't worry! As a licensed architecture firm, we will put together construction drawings, condo/co-op board approval packages, permit filings & coordinate with the contractor.
DESIGN DIRECTION
This package is a great alternative to traditional design delivery for those who are looking for professional services, but would prefer to implement the design themselves.
We start off just like full service design, by getting to know you and what you would love for your home (no premade design boards!)
We prepare a design vision for your home, conveyed with plans and 3D illustrations, as well as a shopping & style guide. We can even schedule additional styling sessions to help you bring it all together.
This is also a great option for those outside the greater New York City area.
