PROJECT:
In this east village co-op, the clients wanted to renovate their small, dark, and outdated kitchen. In addition to updating the cabinets, appliances, and finishes, we doubled the storage capacity by adding drawers under the breakfast bar and bottom cabinets. We also replaced the flip down counter with a pull-out butcher block cutting board.
INSPIRATION:
This primary goal for this space was to feel lighter, brighter, and larger. The two toned cabinets grounded by a dark tile floor make the space feel larger, and the neutral palette of greys, marbles, and woods accented by black hardware complete the sleek, modern update.
